Just like a professional tailor, when you place an order, one of our massage chair specialists will call you and take your exact measurements. (height, weight, etc.) Then they will help you determine which base chair model fits you best. We have several base models that fit different weight classes. From there, they will start from your feet to your to your head, customizing each part. From the type of earphones you like, to how thick you want each pad to be; everything will be customized. Our Custom Made™ Massage Chair service is first class all the way. A specialist will write down the customizations you desire and after about two weeks, you will have the chair you always wanted.
