Ok, mostly gone and especially in the rooms served by this air filter. Customer service was exemplary. I cannot recommend this product and this company strongly enough!!!
This Southern Ocean 9 Plus could not have come at a better time. With the house always closed up the air always had a stale smell. I also had water problems so the smell of mold was there as well. Turned this on and was amazed at how quick it purified the air. I have a smaller home so it is wonderful. Very quiet. I can barely hear it. Fresh air finally.

This air purifier is awesome! It was a breeze to setup, just pull it out of the box, remove some tape, plug it in, push a button and you’re off! I keep it set to auto and it’s very quiet, we hardly notice it. That is until we start cooking, then it kicks into turbo and the magic happens. The fans rev up and it clears the air of odors in no time!

This is a very handsome little air purifier, and I do love the look of it.
This is a simple, easy to use product. Once we plugged it in, we really barely noticed it. We have two small dogs and two children so we put it in our highest traffic room. I feel the air overall smells better and cleaner. We used the multilevel fan function after vacuuming or prior to entertaining and it really helps. I would recommend this product.
